For over 25 years, it has been our pleasure to provide entertainment for local people. We want to make people laugh, cry, sing and to press the ‘pause’ button on reality, just for a little while…..
Importantly, though, we do it for ourselves too. For the thrill of being someone else, just for a few hours or being part of the Team that makes it all happen. Wherever your interests and passions lie, there’s a place for you here.

The reality
Sure, you’ll often hear the Actors muttering under their breath and swigging copious amounts of coffee, whilst trying to learn lines; wondering why on earth they’re putting themselves through this, again, and beating themselves up because they can never remember which way to exit the stage after scene three.
The Stage Manager and Props Team will be tearing their hair out, after the seventeenth time that the Very Important Cushion from scene six has vanished into thin air.
The Director’s complexion is a worrying shade of puce because the cast are still clutching their scripts on stage with only two weeks to go.
Oh yeah, and don’t forget the Head of Make Up Department hunting you down, trying to douse you in blusher because you, “look washed out with the stage lights on”.
But do you know what? At the end of every production, we all exhale collectively and then someone says, “What are we doing next?” …because WE LOVE IT! We’re friends. We’re a team.
